The word "copacetic" isn't really Latin or Greek at all. It suddenly started appearing in Southern African American communities sometime in the late 19th century. It baffles everyone who looks into its possible origin.

1. Yiddish: hakól b'séder, “everything is in order." This theory is pretty much ruled out now since that expression was never really used even in Yiddish.
2. Chinook: copasenee, “everything is satisfactory” Possibly from kopasetty, copasette, "doing just fine"
3. Italian: copasetti. No such word exists in Italian but it sounds Italian so it keeps coming up.
4. Cajun French: coup esètique / coupersètique would make most sense pronunciation wise but then there's no evidence that that expression existed in Cajun French.

This word could've come from some space aliens and yet everyone seems very copacetic with it.
